Solución: habilite el servicio Windows Update

Paso 1:

Abra ejecutar services.msc-> Actualización de Windows -> Haga clic derecho -> Propiedades

Paso 2:
seleccione Manual -> Haga clic en Aceptar

Paso 3:
Inicie Windows Update
